🔒 Data & Privacy

• Your health data is stored entirely in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). It is never transmitted to any server run by the developer of this app.
• When you use the AI features, the health data you include in a prompt is sent to the third-party AI provider you configure (e.g. Groq, GitHub Models, OpenRouter). That transmission is subject to the privacy policy of the provider you choose.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of any AI provider you connect to this app.
• Clearing your browser data will permanently delete all health records stored in this app. No cloud backup exists.
